Are There Different Types Of Men? - Part 2: The Steady Type Man (The Easy Going Man)
Today as promised we are going to see how God Made the Steady Man (The man made in the likeness of Jesus) so without further to do, let's dive right in.
The Steady Man.
The Bible tells us that Jesus was the Godhead of the priest, as seen in Jesus's earthly ministry, he would heal, keep the peace, and help others.
The Steady will be mostly easy going and well..... STEADY. He is the most easy going of the three types of men. He does not make snap decisions, he will wait a while and want to think it all over. He will also not want to spend his last dollar on a new idea. He doesn't invent stuff like the visionary man, but he will love working at a desk job, or running a factory. He will love being directed by a stronger man like the kingly type. He could never lead a church or business, it's just not his nature. He will ignore hypocrisy in others. He will stay faithful to his wife till the day he dies. He will also be comfortable in the same place for his whole life, he isn't one to move around.
If you marry one of these steady men you will never have to worry about him putting pressure on you. He will not expect you to be his servant like the kingly type. You will rarely fill hurried, pushed, or pressured.
The down side of a steady man is the irritation his very steadiness produces in an impatient, woman needing a little reckless adventure to spice up her life.
This type of man is cautious, and for some woman it is hard to see his worth and readily honor him. He seems old when he is still young. He seems to just let people use him. His strength is being a people person. Everyone will like him, and enjoy his easy manner, and feel comfortable around him. He will love having his door open for casual get-togethers and visiting around. A good wife will make herself conform to his gifts, and she will use her time to make sure her home is a pleasant place to gather.
A steady man is the man that balances king and visionary men out, he is the man they all lean on, without him the world would fall apart. They are the peace makers.
The steady man is not a shaker, or a mover. Even if he's not content with the status quo, he is the last man to speak up.
A steady man will want you to walk beside him, yet grow in your own right before God and man.
Your priestly Man will not expect you to cook, clean, or serve him.
He will stay in a state of quietness keeping mostly to himself.
Your steady type man will always be on demand, people everywhere need him to fix their car, figure out what is wrong with their phone, heal them of cancer, and the list goes on and on. Your job is to make sure you and him will have the time you need to unwind, so when you need that time alone leave the phone at home and take a vacation far away.
Your kind husband will be wonderful with the sick, dying, and hopeless
Steps you may want to take to be a good helpmeet to a steady man
#1 If you marry a steady man he will want you to walk by him, but yet he will want you to grow on your own right before God, and men.
#2 A Steady man likes his wife to show initiative
#3 A steady man will be proud of your accomplishments, he will want you to show off your skills, abilities, and drives, your achievements will honor him.
A steady man likes a resourceful, hardworking woman who shows dignity and honor. It is important for a steady mans wife to be self-sufficient in all the mundane tasks of daily living.
Do you think you would go good with a steady man?
Next week will be the last part of learning about different types of men. Next week we are going to see how the kingly man ( the one made in God the Fathers image) will react and want his wife to be his helpmeet.
